DexCare
DexCare Plan covers: DexSmart, VetScout, DexVital, VET-ECG devices. Coverage must be purchased individually for each included device.
- DexCare includes all benefits of the Basic Limited Product Warranty (first year only) and additionally protects against: Product malfunctions of any kind, device loss including theft, damage due to negligence, user error, water damage (including washing machine incidents), damage caused by animals.
- Coverage is limited to a maximum of one (1) replacement device per insured device per year. Customer will receive a new or almost new replacement device with full one (1) year product warranty. Shipping cost not included.
- DexCare plan transfers to replacement device for remainder of original DexCare term. DexCare plan will not cover devices older than five (5) years.
- Exclusions: Wear and tear, cosmetic defects, detachable cables, alligator clips, and other accessories are not covered by DexCare.
