DexAssist offers additional technical support services for computer and IT related issues not caused by but related to CardioExplorer or VET-ECG software. Via Teamviewer, our experts will remotely assist you with the services you can choose from the menu below (or contact us to help you choose).  

Be aware: DexAssist is not needed for problems caused by us, here please create a Helpdesk ticket to get free support. DexAssist is also not needed for Initial System Installation, User Training, and Onboarding, which are included for free with the original system purchase. 
Please select:

  • Remote Training Session: Individual or team training delivered remotely, tailored to suit your needs (new staff, refreshers, advanced features).
  • Database Migration: Remote transfer of the VET-ECG database software only to a new installation of the same software version (2.7.1 to 2.7.1 / 3.0.2 to 3.0.2).
  • Software Installation: Remote installation and configuration of purchased software on additional/new computers from original installation.
  • Device Replacement Pairing: Remote pairing and verification of replacement and warranty devices including a test recording. Up to 5 devices in one session.
  • System Update and Software Health Check: Includes remote updates to the latest supported version withing the same product family and a basic software health check (config review, test recordings). Requires remote computer access via either team viewer or zoom. Excludes general IT computer updating and maintenance. 
  • System Update & Software Multi-Station Health Check: Includes remote updates to the latest supported version withing the same product family and a basic software health check (config review, test recordings). Requires remote computer access via either team viewer or zoom. Excludes general IT computer updating and maintenance.  For more complex multi-workstation/telemetry setups.
  • WARNING: All support is limited to computer with Microsoft Windows 11 and Apple MacOS Monterey 12, or higher.
